Learning Diary Final.

What and How have I learned? Along this project, I have (al llarg del projecte, jo he…): Gained knowledge (conceptual: vocabulari and gramàtica): boil - hervir , slice - cortar rodajas , chew - masticar , choke - ahogar o atragantarse. Learned to (què has aprés a fer): I learned to make a poster with Piktochart , new food words... Valued, felt (valorat, sentit…):I felt very well in this projects. In order to learn, I have used (material utilitzat):  I use the computer , blogger, Google Maps , a sheet for practise vocabulari  ,Camtasia Studio and Piktochart. MY LEARNING DIARY “MY COOKBOOK”: THINKING ABOUT MY LEARNING LEARNING DIARY 4: What am I learning? What are the most difficult aspects? What resources am I using? Which is the most difficult to work with? Who am I learning with? Are there any aspects you did not understand? Who can help me? I am learning how to do a poster in Piktochart , the name of the different groceries and the name of the products that they sell. I am using Blogger, Piktochart , the computer . The most difficult aspect is to use Piktochart. I am learning with Amparo and my colleagues. No there aren't.

Groceries: At the Deli I can buy : ham ,cheese , sausage... At the Confectioner's I can buy : cupcake's , pie , biscuit ,chocolate ,sweets ,cake's... At the Bakery I can buy : bread , cake's , cupcake's... At the Fishmonger's I can buy : fish... At the Dairy I can buy : cheese , milk , butter , yogurt... At the Butcher's I can buy : chicken , bacon , sausage , steak , chops... At the Greengrocer's I can buy : tomato , potatos , apples , carrots , bananas... At the Off License I can buy : wine , spirt , beer...

MY LEARNING DIARY “MY COOKBOOK”: THINKING ABOUT MY LEARNING LEARNING DIARY 3: What am I learning? What are the most difficult aspects? What resources am I using? Which is the most difficult to work with? Who am I learning with? What do you think is the most important aspect you have learned? Are there any aspects you did not understand? Who can help me? I am learning how to order in a restaurant. (phrases , words...)The most difficult aspects are to do the video , to meet with my colleages I am using the computer , blogger, Camtasia Studio...The most difficult was Camtasia Studio. I am learning with my teacher. The most important aspect Ihave learned was to order in a restaurant. No there aren't.

Cocido Madrileño. Recipe.

  chickpea  beef shank  chicken thingh  spicy pork sausage  blood sausage  bacon  iberian ham  ham bone  potatos salt parsley Elaboration: Put the chikpeas in a bowl with water during the night .  Drain them, put them in a net and reserve them. Put plenty of water in the pot, add the beef shank, the bacon, the ham and the bone . Season, put to heat and when it starts to boil, remove the foam, introduce the chickpeas and remove the foam again. Cover and cook for 30 minutes (after the steam starts to rise). Open the pot and remove a little of the broth to another casserole and put it to heat. Add the spicy pork sausage and the blood sausage, season. Cook everything with the lid for 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes and add them whole to the pot of the chickpeas. Add chicken thigh too, cover again and cook for 10 more minutes.Serve everything in a large font. Sprinkle with chopped up parsley.
